Keel-billed Toucan(Ramphastos sulfuratus). Cahuita National Park. Found in tropical jungles from southern Mexico to Colombia. Conservation status: “Nearly threatened.” Threatened by habitat loss, accelerating in recent years, hunting and trapping for the pet trade. Moderately rapid population decline, hence the classification.
